Refund policy

If an item isn't right for you, let us know within 30 days after purchase. 

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning unwanted items. We now use self serve returns, a returns address label will be provided to you when you initiate a return with us. 

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Customer provides return shipping on unwanted goods
  • We provide return shipping on faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015 still apply. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that are personalised or customised to your specifications (these are made to order, please check on the product description)
  • Earrings
  • Personal care/ beauty that has been opened

Your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015 still apply, for example if the product is damaged or has quality issues etc.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unwanted Returns:

  • If returned within the notification period of 30 days and unopened, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. The responsibility for returning the item lies with you.
  • If not in their original packaging, such that we can no longer sell the item as "new," a 2% (of the original cost of the goods) restocking fee will be applied. The responsibility for returning the item lies with you.

Defective/Faulty Goods:

  • If returned within the initial 30-day notification period, the goods will be inspected, and a refund will be issued within 14 days. We will assist you in returning the goods free of charge.
  • If a fault is discovered after the initial 30 days but within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may receive a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
